Extremely frustrated with the appointment scheduler at this office. After booking a much needed appointment, I was told when I called to confirm the appointment that no such appointment was ever booked. When I originally booked the appointment, the person I spoke with initiated a Facetime call at the end of the phone call, and proceeded to talk to the other person while I was still on the phone. This is extremely unprofessional. I can see how the mistake occurred as the scheduler was preoccupied at the time.
