Cadence front desk on 12th Floor is unpleasant human being. She’s disrespectful. Her life is miserable and she’s down to take it on you.

Getting ahold of your front desk can be a nightmare in case of unexpected issues. Arrive early. Found out the hard way that they do not allow you to take up personal means of transportation like electric scooters, even if they are foldable.
