The facility is clean and the staff at the front desk was professional (when they were actually at the front desk) and hospitable for my Reno Scan Exam. The intake Doctor was awesome as was the male tech who initially serviced me. Upon intake I mentioned how I did not know which kidney was functioning vs completely none functional for over 35yrs. That was my preogative, my way of not being too concerned or overly protective of one side over another; and if any medical facilities that needed to actually know can look it up themselves. All was well until a very vocal Asian Lady Tech entered and insistently pointed at the reno scan screen asking which was left vs right not so much to know herself but to inform me purposefully as if she felt I should know; I gather that bc the male tech cringed and immediately exited the room. Her voice could be heard on the hallway. So not only, several weeks later, am I disappointed, vexed that now uncontrolled body reactions and habits are hindering my way of life as a result but I am concerned on her speaking aloud as such violating patients privacy rights by not having the decorum to be reserved in her methods.
