The staff at this office don't have any type of customer service, they are rude, nasty, they won't even answer a simple question. I came in today, I asked them how long I have to wait for my mom to see the Dr they ignored me, when I asked for names non of them seem to give me their names. They are so unprofessional, the Dr needs new staff.

Front desk doesn't care about anything. You call they put you on hold without even knowing what you need. You go into the office they wont even look up or acknowledge you. Dr.Mocombe needs to change his staff or he will lose patients. I wish I can give them 0 stars.
