I am very frustrated with my first time experience with this company. I had a session with a therapist who prescribed a medication. Cvs said they wanted the prescriber to prescribe an alternative medication. Nobody ever reached out to me to let me know what the issue was. I have reached out via email multiple times to find out why there was not another medication prescribed. One time I received a response that it was being looked into but no responses since then. This is so unprofessional. It has been a week and I still have not heard anything.
