Genuinely the rustiest office staff I’ve encountered. I’ve been seeing ketter my whole life and I absolutely love him and his nurses. However the office staff is enough to make me switch providers. Every time I have called or shown up for an appointment for years I am met with rude attitudes. Not sure how you can have such an awful nasty personalities handling customer service for healthcare. There is one older lady at the front desk that is genuinely kind so I always try to go to her but I cannot with the other attitudes. If you can deal with the grouches out front the actual heath care providers are great!
