I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ruvinsky and his office. Dr. Ruvinsky is professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. You feel that you are in good hands from the moment you walk in. I also want to specifically mention Mila at the front desk. After reading some reviews, I was honestly surprised. I just met her in person and she was nothing but kind, calm, and professional. While I was there, I witnessed a patient yelling at her because they did not have the required referral (which is a doctor’s policy, not her personal rule). The patient was speaking to her very disrespectfully, saying things like “listen to me, lady,” yet Mila handled the situation with composure and professionalism. She remained calm, respectful, and clear about the office requirements. Based on what I personally saw, the negative comments about her do not reflect the way she actually conducts herself. It’s easy to criticize staff when policies aren’t convenient, but she was simply doing her job — and doing it well. Overall, a great office with a professional and well-managed team. Highly recommend.
