The scheduling was efficient, the receptionist was very friendly, the wait was less than 15 minutes, and the radiologist went through such great lengths to make sure I was comfortable. I ended up taking a nice 20-minute nap during the MRI and they even gave me helpful information on how to deal with my insurance. It was fairly quiet in the morning, so maybe the trick is to schedule early in the day.

I've had scans here twice. Both scans were performed well and got the doctor the information they needed. The MRI machine seems modern enough for the task. The other facilities (waiting room, change room) are very basic, as it's a low cost establishment. Customer service is friendly, though pretty unorganized and slow. Expertise operating the MRI seems sufficient, they make you feel comfortable during the process.
