Birdi is a joke!!!! No communication about the status of your order. I had the same prescription sent 3 different times and they are still saying that my doctor needs to update the prescription. All the while, my health is in jeopardy. The individuals working there have no knowledge of medication and I had to explain what the doctor wrote to get them to understand that it was in fact a 90 day supply. That is unacceptable! They fail to follow up on anything. I had two prescriptions for the same medication just sitting in processing for over a week. Once it was ready to process, I asked about the price and I kid you not, was asked, How much can I pay for it? So the price is different depending on who you are, I guess! I would highly recommend that you choose another option, if available.

There is a shortage of my prescription and I was very relieved to find that Birdi pharmacy had it in stock. The rep told me that since I was out of the medication, I could pay for expedited shipping and it would go out the next day. I finally called 3 days later when I didn’t receive it. It never was sent out and 3 days later was still “being processed”. I also was informed that they don’t ship on Fridays or Saturdays, which just seems counterproductive that a mail order pharmacy only mails orders 4 days out of 7, but okay. They did try to rectify the issue by offering me free expedited shipping and having it go out Monday (it’s now Saturday) but at this point, is that really expedited being that it’s a week later of a medication I am out of? I work with patients and prescriptions all day for a living and will definitely not be recommending this pharmacy. So many options these days for mail order meds, Birdi, you’ve got to do better.
