I am writing this review despite the high regard I have always had for this dentist. I have been a patient here for over three years. Normally, the staff is friendly, and the wait times for X-rays and cleanings are very short. However, today was completely different. I made an appointment the day before, and the staff confirmed I could come in at 11:00 AM. I arrived exactly on time, but the waiting room was completely packed with nowhere to sit. I had to stand in a noisy room, and as more patients arrived for their appointments, some even had to stand outside. There was absolutely no urgency from the staff and no apology given for the massive delay. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I finally had to tell the staff to cancel my appointment. Again, there was no apology; the receptionist just coldly said, "ok." Meanwhile, other waiting patients were complaining, and two others wanted to cancel while staff just kept repeating that they were "next." I am deeply disappointed with the staff's behavior today. To make matters worse, I haven't received a call back to reschedule or apologize.
