I'm a new patient to Dr. Love's office. I went in for a teeth cleaning about a month ago and was treated with professional care. The woman who cleaned my teeth and the Dr. were both kind and communicative. I haven't felt so well taken care of by a dental practice in a long time. This is an older practice and the equipment is more dated than I'm used to but don't let that deter you. editing my review: After I had my filling done, it was not polished or cleaned up. It was really rough in texture and very sore for the next few weeks. Dr. Love warned me I might need a root canal on that tooth so I do not equate the soreness to his job on that tooth, however I really wish it had been polished up and clean up better. It felt like chunks of the filling were falling out. Furthermore when I set up another appointment to get my other cavity filled, it never happened. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled and then the front desk called me while I was at work one day (this was February before the pandemic). After I picked up the phone she asked me to wait a moment (so strange...why call if you were just going to ask me to hold??) 5 minutes later the woman sounds stressed out and tells me that the office is closing down and merging with another dental practice. I ask her when I can reschedule. She tells me to call again in a month. This entire conversation was incredibly unprofessional. I called in last month to ask for my scans so that I could visit a dentist office closer to me and was told they lost my scans in the transition. I'm leaving my review at 3 stars. I liked the practice when I first came in but my 2 most recent encounters were not great.
