Leaving the center. Never experienced such an unprofessional place and I will be reporting them. They never return calls, the Front Desk is incompetent, their Director Ms. Rodriguez, a liar, who does what she wants and barely works. I have been waiting for weeks to be assigned a therapist and to be called to join groups. NEVER HAPPENED! STAY AWAY, THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTHY OF FURNISHING MEDICAL SERVICES!

The worst place you could go to literally I delt with some guy called Danielle Gonvese started recording me without my consent caught him because his phone said it's recording lol i said are you recording me he denied it. Later found out he had an android phone because my phone does the same thing. He never helped me move forward and was hating on me over the phone the whole time. I'm sure..If you see a red flag don't wait report it, and change your therapist. Lesson learned .... I asked for a supervisor, and never ever got a call back WORST PLACE IF YOUR GOING THROUGH IT, AND JUST NEED SOME HELP TO MOVE FORWARD... IF U WANT TO BE JUDGED GO HERE ... JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THERE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THERE SO CALLED PROFESSION... SMH Also note NY is a one party-state consent" state, where they can record you ... Unlike Florida it's a two- party consent state where it's a illegal to record. So NY sucks in many ways.. Think of that before you talk to someone .... No thanks !!...
