Metro Optometry Pllc

I have been coming here for years and have always had issues regarding waiting for glasses for 2 months and waiting time but come here for convenience. Today I showed up 12 minutes late for 2 appointments but Metro optics could only see 1 patient. The waiting room was empty. This is a day after a snow storm. You figure they would have a little more discretion. Every year I come here there is different personnel. I wonder why? 🤔. I am not a review person however I felt I needed to write this one. I will be looking for a new optical place. The manager on duty was pleasant (Jeanette) however could not be of any help.

I had the best experience at Metro optics. My wait wasn’t long. Down to the doctors in the waiting room everything was amazing. It was perfect special shout out to Jeanette. She helped me and my wife pick out glasses. She was super patient and very helpful. We also got a discount.
