Metro Optics deserves every star and more. I walked in with broken glasses, and before I even had to explain much, they noticed right away and stepped in to help. The level of care and attention they gave me was incredible. They didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel like a problem they genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. They helped me with everything I needed, explained my options clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell these are people who truly care about their customers, not just making a sale. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Amazing people, amazing energy, and amazing service. I felt welcomed, I was helped in fast pace, the staff was nice and friendly. They want to help any one they can with the up most care. Shout out to Cindy a fantastic staff, I can't recommend enough. I highly recommend any one who wants contacts lens or glasses, to come here.
