Dr. Steven Ayanruoh has always been a great doctor. I respect what he does and he does it great. He’s been my PCP since 2020. Sadly and lately, I have been dissatisfied with my experience with the clinic itself. I had my appointment on May 11. It’s been a full two weeks and I still don’t have all my results yet. Before leaving the clinic, I asked specifically if everything is covered. The receptionist brushed me off by saying “don’t worry we will contact the insurance. I’m sure it will be fine”. That doesn’t answer my question. And before all the test results came back, I already received the bill. I hate to look for a new provider because the doctor is great. Unfortunately, I have to given the recent encounter

Dr. Steve is very caring and my kids respond to him well. My son needed a blood draw once and the nurse was wonderful with him; it could have been stressful but she made it easy. Office staff is great - best I have ever experienced for medical care for my kids. They are reachable by email. They got letters and forms to my child's school quickly when needed. They are also good with self-pay; reasonable price for yearly physicals and the related form that goes to NYC schools. The office staff was helpful and understanding with my concerns about lab costs.
