I wish I could give 10 stars! I have been with Memorial Sloan Kettering since 2024, and it was my first choice when I was diagnosed. The care has been exceptional. Every single person guided me through the entire process with grace, compassion, and professionalism. When I experienced a recurrence in December 2025, I was also facing sudden and unexpected changes to my health insurance. My new insurance, AmeriHealth, was extremely difficult to deal with. In most situations, decent group insurance plans honor continuity of care — especially when a patient is freshly out of surgery and ready to begin critical treatment — but that was not my experience. If I tell you that every single doctor, every member of the patient advocacy team, and everyone in financial services fought for me like there was no tomorrow, I truly mean it. I am deeply grateful to each and every one of them. It is already hard enough to face this disease. It becomes even harder when you have to battle insurance companies denying critical treatment. MSK stood by me every step of the way. It’s no surprise that MSK ranks among the top cancer centers nationwide — not only because of its brilliant physicians, but because of the extraordinary staff. The care begins with the greeter at the door and extends through every department. I have been treated at multiple locations, and they are consistently organized, responsive, and compassionate. I am incredibly grateful to be treated within this network.
