It was quick and easy to make an appointment the Dr was right on time. Listened to me asked questions and ultimately came up with a care plan that suits me best. And any issues I was having with meds being out of stock the care team is on top of it and working quickly to resurrect it. I will def be seeing my Dr every month now on medvidi

My experience with Med vidi has been mostly good. I met with Dr. Wade during time of appointment. It's been convenient and he was very professional and knowledgeable. My only issue is that the pharmacy options are not big brands like CVS because otherwise I would have been able to pick it up and start the medication. The closest one to my home closes at 6pm so when I get home from work, I can't get it. I called next day to see if medication could be transferred to another pharmacy closer to my job. I have called at least 4 times about the fact that I am still waiting for it to be transferred is frustrating because now that it is approaching. I won't be at the location that I wanted to have it transferred to. And that's more days to have to wait to get the medication. I am not waiting on insurance; I am paying out of pocket. Can someone just send a script to the new pharmacy?
