I had a horrible experience here. At first everything seemed like it was going to go smoothly, I had an initial good vibe and productive experience after 7 months of testing these people ghost me. They forced me to use a sleep apnea machine that wouldnt let me sleep. After I addressed my issues they sed they wouldn't give me a letter stating I was able to drive unless I tooke this test.. Not only did this machine not allowe me to sleep it gave me headaches woke me up 4 to times everynight and started having breathing issues.I wish I could find a way to get my time back .. Im in rough waters and possibly going to loose my job ..all i want is to be able to drive. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I've been working with them for past year. And time and time again their team severely disappoints me. For something that can be LIFE OR DEATH, they don't respect their patients time or health. I'm not the typical person to leave a Google review. But I think I need to share a few facts: - SDI's team is nice. That's about the best thing I can say about them - TERRIBLE communication and follow-through. Last month I took an at home sleep study. They said I'd get results back in one week. I called them two weeks later and they said results were still processing. Three weeks later I called to ask what happened, they said to schedule appointment with doctor later that week. And then a few days later, they cancelled that appointment. And said the results weren't in. And rescheduled for a week later. So i waited another week, anticipating very important results on whether I will need CPAP or not. And finally, after six weeks of waiting -- I received a call from a physician with my results. "the results were inconclusive. You will have to retake" Are you serious? I waited six weeks to learn my results were "inconclusive"This should have been recorded and communicated last month. Disrespectful. They don't take their important job seriously. And it's tough because it seems like the people that work there are kind. But kindness can only count for so much.
