Very rude I should of been left definitely treats white patients differently I’ve seen it done I just called yesterday asked for a refill I didn't get it I called back today and now he don't take PCP I been dealing with him for almost 15yrs. His bed side manner always sucked. Why not call the patients and say I'm not a PCP anymore what if Ihad an emergency...very sad you don't treat your patients that way. I need a new PCP who's black

Dr. Ast is typically good, bit his reception staff can be the most unprofessional front desk you can ever encounter. Not all but unfortunately the ones that have been there the longest are rude af! One in particular and she is even rude to the doctor. He gets flustered when he seems to be having to do things they need to take care of as his support team. Unfortunately, they take advantage of his kind push over demeanor
