The reception is very kind, respectful. This was my first time coming here and it will be the last. I had an appointment for 940am. The technician for my mammogram never showed up. I had to reschedule. No one holds anyone accountable. Very disrespectful of people time. I had to cancel my second appointment for today because of her being so late. They called her several times and she kept saying she is on her way. Unfortunately this bad apple should not remain at this facility.

I've had real issues with this company. I used them for several years for mammograms on the mobile bus. The bus staff are amazing and kind, but the office staff are disorganized. You can also wait three weeks or longer for mammo results. That's an eternity. Recently I requested a copy of my films since I'll be using a new clinic from now on. Instead of my most recent report, which I paid to have mailed to me, they sent me one that is three years old. A medical entity entrused to the publilc good should do better. I recommmend steering clear, unless you don't have insurance or access to a doctor's prescription.
