Its impressive how most reviews say the receptionists were rude and yes they are and the attitude is the same- when I made the appointment she stopped talking for a while because she “was waiting for me to give a good reason why I want to come” even though I did. She was so annoyed when I asked for a female and most importantly when I called to confirm I was coming “oh ok” and hanged up. The office was chaotic. My doctor was interrupted 4 times during my visit, causing her to be disoriented- but she was knowledgeable and was respectful to my opinion so for her 5 stars. It’s just the office that needs work starting from those employees that get paid to schedule appointments. It’s not volunteer work hun.
