Aiden Padilla
I do not recommend this nurse practitioner for psychiatric medication management. From the outset our therapeutic styles and expectations did not align, and the clinician consistently behaved in a manner that felt unprofessional and condescending. Key concerns: Communication: Responses felt dismissive; when I reached out for follow-up I was told he was busy, then later informed we were not a good fit without a clear next step. Clinical focus: Sessions often drifted into irrelevant questions and therapy-style commentary rather than focused medication management and clear treatment plans. Professionalism: Tone during appointments came across as rude and know-it-all, which made honest discussion difficult and left me uncomfortable continuing care. Because medication management requires clear communication, careful monitoring, and a respectful clinician-patient relationship, I recommend finding a different provider better suited to your needs.
