Rapid staff turnover is a red flag. I loved my providers there but admin and staff seem unable to satisfy each others needs to remain in office. front staff is visibly dissatisfied with their work environment. all my providers quit or were fired. But 3 stars cuz they'll give you meds if you pay.

This place is very shady, stay away!!! There is a huge turnover of staff constantly, the front office staff members are nasty, unprofessional & rude, they never answer their phone or return your messages, the office manager is extremely rude and on a power trip, this place seems like it’s just out to take your money & write prescriptions for anything but then you can’t get refills when needed. Patience who are dealing with conditions of the mind definitely need an office & therapist who are on top of their game. Otherwise they will make your conditions worse, dealing with staff like this.
