We had a fantastic experience throughout this process. Dr. Lau has been very responsive. Our meeting was very thorough and was supportive. She is knowledgeable about the situation and has provided clear guidance and reassurance every step of the way. We truly appreciate her professionalism and care.

My psychiatrist is wonderful, super informative and kind. She always takes her time and doesn't rush through appointments. Super helpful and knowledgeable overall. The billing department needs some work. I've had a lot of issues with them specifically - (not calling me back after saying they would, telling me multiple different things, pretty much little to no communication.) Its incredibly frustrating and stressful every time I have to call them, which is unfortunate because, again, my psychiatrist is awesome.
