Had bad exprience few years back in this store , I was around the area and had a screw on my spec got loose and lost it , so went in if they could help , the woman who attended me was nice and respectful, she tried helping me and started to look in the drawers if any screw that can fit , but the a guys came out of the inner room , guessing he is the eye specialist not sure , started acting rudely , said that the screw will cost $10 but they couldnt find the screw , went few block down to 69st and found a glass shop they help me and said it was free , i told them the shop at 62st was asking for 10 bucks they smiled .
