I absolutely love this store! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it’s still my go-to every time I’m in New York. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need. This time Rob helped me and was great, he knows what he’s talking about. They give the best adjustments, making sure everything fits perfectly, and the quality of their frames is amazing. It has that perfect boutique feel where you’re never rushed and always taken care of. Truly a place that feels like home.

While Bob has good idea for style which is very important for appearance in glasses this is my story. I got a rimless frame which ended up slipping on my face. I went back to him and he said he would give me a new frame for my rimless glasses. It ended up being the same rimless frame. I went back to Bob and he gave me a whole new frame which looks cheap and whose lenses I have to clean a few times a day.
