Julie Song was pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding. She was thorough and quick. Most of the technicians were good, however, I was there from 12:00 until 3:00. Much too long a wait. The office was overcrowded and air conditioning was poor. There was no soap in the bathroom the entire time I was there; and I did say something. I will not be returning. It is not the staff, just the management of the office.

Excellent experience! The Dr was clear and thorough when explaining the test results. He was pleasant to talk to….The various technicians were also positive. I was a bit late but they still saw me quickly. I will make this my “go-to” Ophthalmology practice………Note that my experience with the practice 2 years ago was awful. I commend them for the changes they made.
