Horrible! Dirty and smelly location. I’m going to request to go to Lermans because I called this place to make an appointment for an X-ray, a woman answered, when I asked if I could make an appointment she said “x rays are walk ins” and immediately hung up without letting me ask for the hours. I called again pressed 7 and it said the hours on Saturday started at 8:30am. I went on Saturday morning and arrived at 8:45am, it was closed. I waited until 9:13am and it never opened.

For starters, my appointment with this office was rescheduled three times. On our fourth and final attempt, I arrive to the office and am told to be seated to fill out paper work… 15 minutes passes and i was never handed anything to fill out. When I stepped to the front desk to request the papers I’m waiting for, I was approached by a nervous gentleman who tells me their technician didn’t show up today. Instead of calling me this morning to let me know not to come in, they had me come in, sat me down, pretended to check me in, waited for me to get impatient and curious enough to ask what’s going on, to then try and reschedule my appointment… There will be no rescheduling obviously.
