This place has the absolute #1 BEST customer service out of ANY medical office in New Jersey, HANDS DOWN. Even the phone service agents are great! Been going here for probably 25 years and the service has been ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. Just had to go there, the receptionists named: Jamie and Mikayla were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, polite, courteous, and very PERSONABLE. AND also the X ray tech assistant Grettel S. was extremely knowledgeable & helpful, polite, kind, and PERSONABLE. They all DESERVE A RAISE IN PAY IMMEDIATELY!!!!! This office in Rutherford has the absolute BEST service not only because the employees actually care and have good experience, but because they are truly personable GOOD people. When you walk in the door pleasant greeting. The waiting room is spacious , comfortable seating and clean. I had a mammogram and Megi the tech was very professional and friendly.She explained every step I was very nervous and I was able to relax to complete the exam . Thank you. I also had an ultrasound and Jasmine was the tech and it was a pleasant experience with her . Once again very professional and friendly. Customer service here was excellent and I appreciate your service.
