She always explains everything clearly and transparently, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents. We never feel rushed, and every question or concern is taken seriously. What really sets her practice apart is how personal the care feels. Dr. Castillo and her team genuinely know us and our baby — they understand our struggles, remember our history, and always make us feel supported. It never feels like just another appointment. Her office staff is equally amazing. Everyone is kind, responsive, and extremely helpful, especially Ben, who always goes above and beyond to help us navigate anything we need. The entire team works together to make sure families feel cared for, heard, and supported. We are so grateful to have Dr. Castillo as our pediatrician and cannot recommend her highly enough. Dr Gold is an excellent doctor. She is a very knowledgable and caring pediatrician. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are very organized and don’t overbook — the longest we’ve ever had to wait to be seen was no more than 5-10 mins. Dr Gold also does virtual appointments, which is really convenient.
