Danielle is not just a typical Case Manager. She's a true role model for anyone working or looking to work in Human Resources who cares about her impact (more than just seeing it as a job to get done with as many others do). She's a unique, caring indiv who's always helpful in ways beyond the bare minimum that she's required to do and she's more welcoming than my own family and is helpful in improving my personal mental health by helping mitigate serious life problems and tackle goals towards self improvement. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s been over two months since I last received any updates about getting a new therapist. My former therapist once told me there was someone lined up for a certain date, but that turned out not to be true. Six months later, I finally got a call saying a new therapist was available, but it was on a day I had already made clear I wasn’t available. I had specifically told my former therapist what days would and wouldn’t work, so she could find someone who matched my actual schedule.
