I tried to schedule my mother for a first time patient, and called Dr. Morgan's office. The assistant, first told me that the doctor does not take "straight Medicare," which does not make sense as Medicare has multiple plans none of which are call "straight." secondly i was trying to explain that my mother has Plan G and she hung up on me before i could explain. After trying to call at least 20 times the receptionist answered again, and when i explain that my mother had Plan G she acted like she did not know what i was talking about and then in a dismissive tone said that if the doctor did take Plan G appointments are not till April 2026. I do not know the Doctor but after the experience with the receptionist i pray i never do, because if the receptionist is so dismissive and uninformed about the service and insurance accepted i can only imagine how the doctor that hired and trained her treats her patients
