It's OK it's good for just a quick checkup, but if you have somewhere else to be I hope you like waiting 2 or more hours after your schedule appointment .don't bother bringing your card they only take cash too

I'm not one to leave reviews, but the experience here has warranted I share so that others do not make the mistake of wasting their time, money and energy. First and foremost this place looks like it has not been renovated since the 70's, I mean it's down right disgraceful. The nurses are rude and will yell at you when they feel you are asking too many questions. It's 2017, they don't take credit cards?? But you don't find that out until it's time to pay and you don't have cash so you have to walk to the end of the block to find an ATM in a grocery store. yeah. I haven't received one email from his office, no follow up, no appointment confirmation, no holiday greeting card, nothing! Whenever I call the office the head nurse always says, "Let me call you back", but never calls back. I've showed up to multiple appointments to see specialists where they (Alerte's office) fail to submit basic forms and I can't be seen. In each of those cases she (Alertes nurse) also asked me to hand MY cell phone to the nurse at another office so that she can argue with them. They make it incredible hard to get anything done and frankly don't seem to care as long as you submit your CASH co-pay before seeing Dr. Aloof
