Update March 2022. My Doctor is Sidensticker. I love that name its different. We have a good patient and Doctor relationship. So I thought. I told him the truth,about a mistake I did. And now I've been condemned. Left to suffer in between visits . All along. He hasn't been truthful with me. But I still kept trusting him. He kept telling me the shots I'm getting in my back will help. Well there not. He tells me the next injections will help. And again, and again. he failed me. It feels like a stabbing pain in my back afterwards . All along he was just using me as a Guinea pig. For financial gain. I just heard. A friend of mine been calling all day today. April 18th 2022. To try to make an appointment. No answer. So he called at, 4:40 pm. They put a recording on. Saying, There Closed. Hours are 8 to 5pm

Patel, MD – Center for Symptom Relief LLC My experience with Dr. Amit Patel was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about professionalism, fairness, and patient-centered care. I believe it’s important to share my experience so that other patients seeking compassionate and objective treatment can make informed decisions. During a prior pain management visit—at a different facility—Dr. Patel submitted a written attestation in my medical record stating that my behavior toward a nurse practitioner was “clearly not appropriate.” What deeply concerns me is that Dr. Patel was not even present during the appointment in question. He did not witness the interaction firsthand, nor did he speak with me directly to understand my side of the situation before making that kind of judgment and permanently recording it in my medical file. His comment was not only unsupported by his own observation, but it effectively labeled me as confrontational and opioid-seeking—neither of which are true. I was respectful during the appointment and made it clear that I was open to alternative treatments and not insistent on receiving any specific medication. Unfortunately, Dr. Patel’s attestation echoed and reinforced an inaccurate narrative that originated from another provider, which I had already formally disputed. What makes this even more troubling is that this attestation was used to deny my later request to amend the record. As a result, Dr. Patel’s secondhand assessment has contributed to a long-term misrepresentation of my behavior and intentions as a patient—something that could impact the care I receive in the future. Medical documentation carries serious weight, and providers have an ethical duty to ensure it reflects truth, balance, and firsthand observation—especially when making statements about a patient’s character or conduct. In my case, that standard was not upheld, and the consequences were significant. In summary, I cannot recommend Dr. Amit Patel to patients seeking empathetic, fair, or evidence-based care. If you’re looking for a provider who listens and reserves judgment until hearing from all sides, I would advise caution before establishing care here
