Of all of the places that we have ever been treated at, I have to write Texas health in San Antonio on Wurzback Avenue as the absolutely best place to get healthcare. Starting from the front desk with Michele, always knowing our name and greeting us with that great smile to Graylon (whom we called the vampire because he is our phlebotomist) to the very best doctor in the whole world Dr. Timothy Kosmatka – they are the best and we have never been able to find anyone like them since we moved to the north Dallas area 3 years ago. This office goes above and beyond what is expected, and I truly believe the doctors genuinely care about their patients and that we are not a burden. I had a great experience at the Wurzbach clinic. When there were no appointments available, Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She called several nearby locations and found an appointment for me later in the afternoon. On my way home, she even called again to let me know that a morning appointment at the Wurzbach location had opened up and asked if I wanted to take it. Thanks to her diligence and kindness, I was able to see the PA much earlier than expected. I truly appreciate Michelle’s exceptional service and helpful attitude.
