Reached out to New York City Psychotherapy Collective for therapy. Spoke with one of the therapist for a initial consultation and was told I would hear back from them to collect my insurance information since they were in network. Never heard back from them after that. I don't think people are aware sometimes with how much effort it takes to find an in network provider that is accepting new patients who has therapist who specialize in your needs. Just spent four additional hours after work calling and emailing other providers and was able to a different office.

It is scary to be vulnerable enough to open up about the real hurt and trauma your past can bring, NYCPS has the right providers for the job. I cant thank you enough.
