I was denied access to my physician - FRANCIS ADAMS and necessary testing at this facility and evicted because I live with a high level of chronic pain. True story.. And pain mngmnt won't help because they're no longer allowed to prescribe pain killer. So despite having emphysema and copd I can no longer get care at NYU Langone because I'm being left in obvious pain. Incredibly, it's a hospital that refuses to provide pain mngmnt then uses chronic pain as an excuse to deny care. And that's the stunning truth about NYU Langone.

My pulmonary rehab Doctor, Dr. Whiteson is incredibly efficient, personable and kind. I sympathize with some other *not good* reviews here, having encountered poor administration in the facility, but Dr. Whiteson and his staff epitomize caring, responsible medical professionalism.
