Generally happy with the doctors, office staff, wait times and overall office efficiency. I like that many tests are done in house - echograms , colonoscopy, stress etc. The 2 stars is for a pizza size blot on the ceiling of a lab with black mold in the center.

I went in for a specific annual visit with Dr. Ashima Bakhru, I realized that after her asking questions it turned into diagnosis and was charged for it. I asked the nurse why these tests of hearing, breathing, and EKG (that were never done in my previous annual) were being done on me, was it because I'm turning 50 and was then told by the nurse that no it's only because your insurance covers it, 'we wouldn't do these on other insurances.' When you're half naked, vulnerable in the room at the time there's no way to react. I confronted the front desk about these tests and they dismissed them as normal, only to find from my insurance it's not. I then received an unexpected bill and after contacting my insurance, even they said they've never seen so many claims done just for a preventative. It's so sad that doctors are those you're supposed to trust, yet they abuse the insurance system by performing unnecessary tests and charge for 'diagnosis' that were just mere questions and a patient answering them.
