I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Manhattan Integrative Psychiatry. The entire team has been wonderful, and Graziella, in particular, truly stands out. She always makes me feel comfortable, takes the time to listen, and is incredibly genuine. At times, it feels like I’m her only client because of how present and attentive she is. When I first came to the practice in 2019, I was functioning well on the surface—I had a family, a career, and was managing my responsibilities—but I also struggled with significant anxiety and worry. Over the years, both the medical care from Dr. Turok and therapy support I received have helped me better understand myself and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. Graziella has been especially helpful in guiding me to recognize negative thought patterns and become more aware of how my thinking influences my emotions and reactions. She is thoughtful, insightful, and very gentle in her approach. I have always felt heard and supported in our sessions. I am grateful for the care I have received, as well as for the professionalism of the entire practice. The administrative side has always been handled efficiently and respectfully, making it easy to focus on treatment and progress.
