While I wish I didn’t have to deal with the level of pain I experience almost daily, having my imaging done here truly helped ease some of that burden. The office is clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like hot, cold, and room-temperature beverages available. I’m grateful to everyone involved—from my doctor to the front desk staff, technician and even the transportation service—for making the experience as smooth as possible. Thank you all.

MRIs are never fun especially when you walk into one and you are subjected to a huge unwelcoming waiting room full of other patients waiting for their turn. Not here. This is a boutique outfit and you’ll get all the warm feels even as you approach the entrance. The little waiting area is intimate to the 1 or MAYBE 2 patients this place accommodates per hour. There’s even a welcoming beverage station for you as you wait outfitted with Nespresso coffee pods, Taylor tea bags, bottle water (still and sparkling), as well as natural sodas. There’s a chic loveseat and two armchairs to sit on. You’ll sign in with either Jay or Regina who’ll efficiently run you through what needs to be filled out plus kindly answer your questions (and I had plenty non-sensical ones). Once you’re all set, you’ll be ushered into the 1 changing room and given a paper robe, shorts, and slippers. You might get lucky and get an actual cloth waffle robe to wear—also, you can bring your own if you have one 😉. The service here seems really personable. It makes for a less anxious visit. After you’ve completed your study, you’ll get the results on a CD right before you leave! You can take the results directly to your doctor or keep for your records.
