I had a very positive experience at Main Street Radiology, thanks in large part to Pauline Collins. As a self-pay patient without insurance, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect from start to finish. Pauline went above and beyond to accommodate me and made me feel welcomed and valued. Her compassion and excellent customer service stood out and made a lasting impression. She is a tremendous asset to the organization. Thank you, Pauline, for your outstanding care and professionalism.

I tried calling 6 times over the course of two days to make an appointment. Every time, I was given a queue number of over 20 or 30 people. Just when I was getting exhausted from waiting, the automated response would tell me to keep holding, which was very frustrating. In the end, I contacted my doctor’s office, and only then did I receive a callback. It took two full days just to schedule an appointment. During the scheduling call, I thought my heart was going to burst from frustration and stress. I am now looking for a different radiology center.
