I came here for a CAT scan. My appointment was set for 3:45, then pushed to 5:20, and I am STILL sitting here — not checked in, not taken back, not given any explanation. This is outrageous. You are wasting people’s time, money, and patience — and acting like it doesn’t matter. There is no communication, no coordination, and absolutely no respect for patients. People here are dealing with health problems — not waiting for hours like an afterthought. This isn’t “just busy.” This is disorganized, careless, and totally unacceptable. I expect hospital leadership to address this immediately. If this is how you operate, we will escalate this to higher hospital administration and external oversight. The public deserves to know how poorly people are being treated here. Respect people — or stop pretending you provide patient care.
