I cannot say enough about Dr. Magdalena Goralczyk. I had been in extreme pain for six days, desperately trying to find someone who could help. My regular dental office was closed, and when I did get seen, I left feeling rushed and still in pain—actually worse than before. That evening, Dr. Goralczyk personally called me back and asked how she could help. After hearing what I had been going through, she cleared her schedule and got me in first thing the next morning. THAT ALONE MEANT EVERYTHING. From the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different from anything I’ve known. The entire team—her assistant and front desk staff included—were warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr. Goralczyk was not only highly skilled, but deeply compassionate. She checked in often during my root canal, made sure I was comfortable, and truly made me feel seen and heard during a moment when I had felt completely invisible. Dr. Magdalena and her staff was phenomenal, she made sure I was comfortable and pain free during my root canal procedure. She kept checking on me during the whole procedure. She gave me laughing gas when she saw how Nervous I was without charging me a fee for it. She put comfortability or money! In addition, My dentist recommended I have a root canal but she was very honest and informed me that there was no saving the tooth and I would need the tooth to be extracted. Thank you Dr. Maddalena!
