MRI staff is amazing, so caring & understanding & patient. Unfortunately though, the person who put the lead in didn't get my vein quite right & I had minor extravasation when the contrast went in & she knew it. Front desk staff absolutely sucks. Massive attitudes. Rude, dismissive, angry & the same miserable attitude for every single patient. Life's too short, if you don't like your job which is blatantly obvious, you should definitely do something else.

Been taking my husband & myself here for years, they are so polite & accommodating, always pleasant. Even call if an earlier appointment comes up. Wait time is not long at all. They make you feel very comfortable & show they care about you..
