I had a great experience at Luxe Medical Wellness! Joanne was incredibly accommodating when it came to scheduling an appointment. As someone who has a busy schedule, I appreciated the flexibility. Once I arrived she was friendly and welcoming. The space was very clean and organized. Good atmosphere to be in. I received a lymphatic drainage massage focused on my stomach and back area. Joanne was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. She also offers red light therapy as an add-on service, which is a nice touch. I love all things wellness and happy to find this little gem!

Go excellent service from the minute I entered!! Joanne was very kind and sweet. I was late by 45 mins to my appointment due to train delays but she totally understood my problem and accommodated me. She didn’t expect even a single dollar tip from me. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service. If there was a rating above 5, I’d definitely give that! She even dropped me till the subway personally because it was getting late for me. As soon as the massage was done, my legs felt totally lite. Would definitely go here again and would recommend you try too!
