After a year of ear infections, pain, and discomfort, I followed my gut and decided to find a new doctor. I was never a fan of ENT Associates because of an allergy doctor I saw years ago for my youngest daughter, who refused to run an allergy test for her eczema, but I thought seeing an ENT specialist would be different. We saw Dr. Habib, and although his bedside manner with my daughter was incredible, the fact that he refused to even consider giving her ear tubes was a red flag. He kept prescribing nasal sprays for her that did not work. He also had her chewing gum to pop her ears and blowing up balloons, neither of which worked. The final straw was that they insisted on giving her a hearing exam at every visit, which I later found out from her new doctor was completely unnecessary. I have always found group medical offices to be places where they just milk you for every dollar, and this practice is one of them. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who has their own private practice or is affiliated with a hospital.
