Most painful post-cleaning experience ever. Had cuts all inside my mouth that took days to heal. Was in pain for about a week until the injuries healed. By the way, Dr. Alex did the cleaning, not a hygienist. However, given all the positive reviews here I thought that might have been just a bad day. I then got a filling fixed here (a little piece had fallen out). Bad decision. The experience left me in a lot of pain that didn’t subside for many weeks months, and with extreme sensitivity. I went back to Dr. Alex. He filed down my filling and said it was normal. I decided to go see another dentist at this point. Now I need a root canal because my pulp was damaged as a result of the filling. I can’t even call to complain since the place is now “closed :( Wish there was a simpler way to hold doctors accountable for malpractice.
