I’m writing on behalf of my mom. I had an appointment with Dr. Jamie Vento a few days ago. Dr. Vento was very professional, kind and made me feel so comfortable since I was very nervous about the hearing aid process. She answered all my questions, very patient and gave me plenty of her time. I did not feel rushed and was able to make a decision to proceed. I cannot wait for my next appointment to get my new hearing aids and to have Dr. Vento explain how to use them. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Vento.
