We love Dr. Pamela Vainer. Wonderful practice! The equipment is new, the staff is well trained, and everyone is welcoming. The dentist is delightful—very knowledgeable, accommodating, and has excellent bedside manners. The orthodontist was equally pleasant, patient, and polite. Highly recommend! The children love their waiting area, toys, games and books 📚.

RUDE IMPOLITE AND UNEMPATHETIC!!! This office is fairly new to me, I’ve only taken my daughter once here and they referred us out to another center to get extensive treatment. However a few months later my child’s tooth got infected with a crown, took her into the office on a scheduled appointment, this is now my second visit to this office and lemme just say the front desk staff is never approachable, they just seem as though you’re bothering them and they’re rude. 0 customer service skills. The dr then advised my daughter needs to get an ext and I should come back earliest tomorrow to get it done in office. No antibiotics were prescribed, front desk then advised me there is nothing for next day and scheduled the appointment for 5 days later.on the 3th day I was contacted to confirm the appointment and I didn’t see the missed call and they went ahead and cancelled the ext. I contacted the office and expressed the need for my child to get the ext as her gum was draining the infection out. The front desk said the soonest appointment is in 2 WEEKS. This must have been a joke to them and your children’s health is not of their top priority and concern. I wasn’t gonna let my kid wait all that time without any antibiotics so I transferredy kid out of little tooth to an outside office and on the first appointment the dentist there we were advised they can try to save the tooth and they prescribed some antibiotics, I’m happy to say I’m happy my child is no longer associated with this office because of the lack of empathy and customer service of the fellow subordinates at the front desk especially is what makes this office a big disappointment. Do better FRONT DESK COORDINATORS. I wanna end this by saying the dental assistant are very kids friendly and empathetic. But I will not recommend this office to anyone.
