Dr. Lu is very knowledgeable and professional; my mom is her patient. Her team is very supportive and friendly.

I've never seen the doctor, so this review is solely about their fraudulent operation. I'm looking for a new PCP because of a change in insurance provider. My plan has a fixed co-payment for primary care practice, but they want to charge an extra $50 because I haven't depleted my deductible. That has nothing to do with a primary care office visit (which applies to every insurance plan with a fixed co-payment). This clinic is trying to rip people off. I would avoid this doctor's office at all costs.
